Water... make it exciting!

We all know how important it is to stay hydrated. As I mentioned in a previous post you should drink 1/2 of your weight in oz. For example, my daughter weighs 32 lbs. Half of 32 is 16. This means she should be drinking 16 oz of water per day.

That's great and all, but sometimes I want something with a little FLAVOR! I started googling and found several ideas to make your water more exciting! 

Today I added lemons and cucumbers to a pitcher of water. I let it sit for a little to allow all the flavor and nutrients to get into the water and then we tried it. It was really good!! Emily loved it!

Does anyone else have any other ideas to make your water more exciting?


Tomorrow I am going to try a Chia Seed drink.....
